The issue of contingent labor in the university workforce is a growing concern, and CHU also provides the number of employees (both academic and non-academic) with contracts of 24 months or more, divided by the total number of employees. All information is calculated on a full-time equivalent basis. This explicitly excludes short-term contracts to fill vacancies for staff on maternity or paternity leave.
