8.2.7 追蹤男女薪資公平
Tracking pay scale for gender equity
本校性別平等教育委員會實施要點第9條規定:「本校對教職員工薪資之給付,不得因性別而有差別待遇;其工作或價值相同者,應給付同等薪資。但基於年資、獎懲、績效或其他非因性別或性傾向因素之正當理由者,不在此限。」 Article 9 of the Implementation Key Points of the Gender Equality Education Committee of our school stipulates: "This school shall not treat faculty and staff differently based on gender; those whose work or value is the same shall be paid the same salary. 本校對教職員工薪資之給付,並無因性別而有任何的差別待遇,所有各級職務均依據職能區分。 Our school does not make any difference in salary payments to faculty and staff based on gender. All positions at all levels are differentiated based on their functions.
茲計算出本校教師及職員不同族群員工的男女平均薪資,結果顯示,各組中男性和女性的平均薪資差異不大。教職員於各學年度的平均薪資如表1。 The average salary of men and women of different ethnic groups of teachers and staff at this school is calculated. The results show that there is not much difference in the average salary of men and women in each group. The average salary of teaching staff in each academic year is shown in Table 1.
