8.2.5 雇傭政策之外包員工的平等權利
Employment practice equivalent rights outsourcing

本校依政府勞動基準法規定的勞動條件之最低標準,並依照公共工程委員會勞動契約書,與外包廠商簽訂合約書,保障外包勞工權益。
CHU protects the rights and interests of outsourced workers by adhering to the minimum standards of labor conditions stipulated by the government's Labor Standards Law and by signing contracts with outsourcing vendors in accordance with the Labor Contracts of the Board of Public Works.

本國為規定勞動條件最低標準,保障勞工權益,加強勞雇關係,促進社會與經濟發展,特於1984年制定勞動基準法。
The Labor Standards Law was enacted in 1984 to establish minimum standards for labor conditions, protect the rights and interests of workers, strengthen labor-employer relations, and promote social and economic development.

2020年的主要修改為新增違反本法者,主管機關之應辦事項及罰鍰金額等處分。
The main amendment in 2020 is the addition of new penalties for violation of this law, such as the action to be taken by the competent authorities and the amount of fines.
