8.2.6 雇傭政策之薪資公平

Employment policy pay scale equity

本校性別平等教育委員會實施要點第9條規定:「本校對教職員工薪資之給付,不得因性別而有差別待遇;其工作或價值相同者,應給付同等薪資。但基於年資、獎懲、績效或其他非因性別或性傾向因素之正當理由者,不在此限。」
Article 9 of the Key Points of the Gender Equality Education Committee of the University stipulates: ‘The University shall not discriminate in the payment of salaries to staff members based on gender; those who have the same work or value shall be paid the same salary. Exceptions to this rule are made for reasons of seniority, rewards and punishments, performance, or other legitimate reasons that are not based on gender or sexual orientation.

本校另依據行政院人事行政總處公告,比照軍公教員工調薪標準辦理全校教職員工調薪事宜,111年度教職員「月支數額」、「學術研究費」/「專業加給」調升4%,113年度度教師「月支數額」調升4%及助理教授以上職級教師「學術研究費」調升15%,職員「月支數額」及「專業加給」各調升4%,在校務務穩定發展情況下,提升本校同仁之薪資水準,以肯定教職員績優的表現。
In accordance with the announcement made by the Personnel Administration Office of the Executive Yuan, the University will follow the salary adjustment standards for military and public employees to handle the salary adjustment for all teaching staff. In 2022, the ‘monthly salary’ and ‘academic research fee’/‘professional bonus’ of teaching staff will be increased by 4%, the ‘monthly salary’ of teachers will be increased by 4% in 2024, and the ‘academic research fee’ of teachers of assistant professor rank or above will be increased by 15%, and the ‘monthly salary’ and ‘professional bonus’ of staff will be increased by 4% each. The ‘monthly salary’ and ‘professional increment’ of the staff will be increased by 4% each. With the stable development of university affairs, the salary level of our staff will be increased in order to recognise the outstanding performance of the staff.

本校專任教師、研究人員及職員起敘薪級均依教育部「私立專科以上學校教職員敘薪原則」,及本校敘薪辦法之相關規定辦理,教師及研究人員薪資比照國立大學,職員大學畢業以辦事員聘任者37,442元起薪。管理階層除專任職務所得之報酬,另再核給主管職務加給;其他彈性薪資、獎勵金、退休福利等依本校規定辦理,符合SDG8合適的工作及經濟成長之指標內涵。
The starting salary scales for full-time teachers, researchers, and staff are per the Ministry of Education's ‘Principles of Salary Scale for Teachers and Staff of Private Post-Secondary Schools and Above’ and the relevant regulations of the University's salary scale. Teachers‘ and researchers’ salaries are comparable to those of national universities, while staff members who have graduated from universities and have been appointed as clerical staff are paid a starting salary of TWD 37,442. In addition to the compensation for full-time duties, the management will also be granted a bonus for supervisory duties; other flexible salaries, incentives, and retirement benefits will be handled per the University's regulations, which is in line with the content of SDG8's indicators of appropriate work and economic growth.
