8.2.6 雇傭政策之薪資公平
Employment policy pay scale equity

本校性別平等教育委員會實施要點第9條規定:「本校對教職員工薪資之給付,不得因性別而有差別待遇;其工作或價值相同者,應給付同等薪資。但基於年資、獎懲、績效或其他非因性別或性傾向因素之正當理由者,不在此限。」,實施要點預計11212月前修正。
Article 9 of CHU's Gender Equity Education Committee Implementation Guidelines states, "The University shall not discriminate in the payment of salaries to faculty and staff on the basis of gender; those who perform the same work or have the same value shall be paid the same salary. However, this shall not apply to those who are paid on the basis of seniority, rewards and punishments, performance, or other justifiable reasons that are not based on gender or sexual orientation". The implementation points are expected to be amended by December 2023.

為促進本校教師、職員工、學生及其他受僱人建立性別平等觀念,並就校園內性別歧視、性騷擾及性侵害之相關問題採取防治措施,於2005年,依據性騷擾防治法、性別平等教育法及性別平等工作法規定設置性別平等教育委員會。
In order to promote the concept of gender equality among our teachers, staff, students and other employees, we have taken measures to prevent gender discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual abuse on campus. It also takes measures to prevent and combat gender discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual abuse on campus. In 2005, the Gender Equality Education Committee was established in accordance with the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, the Gender Equality Education Act, and the Gender Equality Work Act.

2012年的主要修訂為除原性別特質及性傾向外,另新增不同性別,性別認同等。(預計11212月底前修正辦法)
The major amendment in 2012 is that in addition to the original gender identity and sexual orientation, a new gender identity is added. (It is expected that the amendment will be made by the end of December 2023.)
