大學勞動力的臨時工問題日益引起人們的關注,本校亦提供簽訂24個月以上合同的雇員(包括學術和非學術的)數量,除以雇員總數。所有資料均以全時當量計算。這明確地不包括填補在休產假或陪產假員工空缺的短期合同。
The issue of contingent labour in the university workforce is a growing concern, and CHU also provides the number of employees (both academic and non-academic) with contracts of 24 months or more, divided by the total number of employees. All information is calculated on a full-time equivalent basis. This explicitly excludes short-term contracts to fill vacancies for staff on maternity or paternity leave.
