8.2.4 雇傭政策之現代奴隸制

Employment policy modern slavery

本國勞動基準法明定雇主不得以強暴、脅迫、拘禁或其他非法之方法,強制勞工從事勞動、任何人不得介入他人之勞動契約,抽取不法利益及禁止聘僱未滿15歲之兒童從事勞動工作。
The Labor Standards Act of the country stipulates that employers may not use violence, coercion, detention or other illegal methods to force workers to perform labour. No one may intervene in other people's labour contracts to extract illegal benefits and it is prohibited to employ children under the age of 15 to engage in labour work.

本校進用人員皆須符合勞動基準法的規定,且專任職員工至少須具備專科以上學歷年齡為20歲以上人員,兼任人員需具大學入學資格,年齡皆18足歲以上。
All employees employed by our school must comply with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act, and full-time employees must have at least a college degree or above and be over 20 years old. Part-time employees must have university entrance qualifications and be over 18 years old.

勞動基準法 Labor Standards Act

  • 第5條 Article 5 雇主不得以強暴、脅迫、拘禁或其他非法之方法,強制勞工從事勞動。
    No employer shall, by force, coercion, detention, or other illegal means, compel a worker to perform work.
  • 第6條 Article 6 任何人不得介入他人之勞動契約,抽取不法利益。
    No person shall interfere in the labor contract of other persons and obtain illegal benefits therefrom.
  • 第45條 Article 45 雇主不得僱用未滿十五歲之人從事工作。
    No employer shall employ any person under the age of fifteen.
