Employment practice living wage
教職員工的工資標準及辦法，包括有薪級支給標準、學術研究費及專業加給等5項內容，此外，本校教師薪資結構為：本薪+學術研究費；職員薪資結構為：本薪+專業加給，以2023年基本工資26,400元來看，本校教職員皆遠高於此標準。
The salary standards and methods for teaching staff include five items, including salary scales, academic research fees and professional increments. In addition, the salary structure of our teachers is: Basic Salary + Academic Research Fees; the salary structure of our staff is: Basic Salary + Professional Increments, and based on the basic salary of NT$26,400 for the year of 2023, the salary of our teaching staff is much higher than this standard.
