8.2.1 雇傭實踐之生活工資
Employment practice living wage

教職員工的工資標準及辦法，包括有薪級支給標準、學術研究費及專業加給等5項內容，此外，本校教師薪資結構為：本薪+學術研究費；職員薪資結構為：本薪+專業加給，以2024年基本工資27,470元來看，本校教職員皆遠高於此標準。相關的支費標準如下。 The salary standards and methods for faculty and staff include five items including salary scale payment standards, academic research fees and professional bonuses. In addition, the teacher salary structure of our school is Base Salary + Academic Research Fee; the staff salary structure is: Base Salary + Professional Bonus, based on the basic salary of TWD 27,470 in 2024, all faculty and staff of our school are much higher than this standard.
