5.6.8 聲稱受到歧視的群體的保護政策
Policies protecting those reporting discrimination

本國政府為保障性別工作權之平等,貫徹憲法消除性別歧視、促進性別地位實質平等之精神,特制定性別工作平等法,其中辦法第三章訂有性騷擾之防治及第五章救濟及申訴程序,辦法明確訂定受僱者或求職者若因雇主違反各項規定,致其受有損害者,雇主應負賠償則責任,其名譽被侵害者,並得請求回復名譽之適當處分。
To guarantee the gender equality in workplace, and to implement the constitutional spirit of eliminating gender discrimination and promoting substantive gender equality, the government of this country has passed the Act of Gender Equality in Employment. Chapter 3 of the Act stipulates employers have an obligation to prevent and correct sexual harassment from occurrence, and Chapter 5 explicits complaint procedures and remedies.

本校訂有性騷擾防治、申訴及處理辦法及校園性侵害性騷擾或性霸凌防治辦法,保護受到歧視騷擾之申訴保護管道。
Under this Act, when employees or applicants suffer damages from employment practices referred to sexual harassment, the employers and the harassers shall be jointly and severally liable to make compensations.

本校為防治職場性騷擾,提供免於性騷擾之工作環境及保護被害人權益,於2015年,特依「性別平等工作法」、「工作場所性騷擾防治措施申訴及懲戒辦法訂定準則」、「性騷擾防治法」及「性騷擾防治準則」訂定中華大學職場性騷擾防治、申訴及處理辦法。
In order to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, provide a work environment free from sexual harassment and protect the rights of the victims, CHU is committed to the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. In 2015, CHU formulated the "Prevention, Complaint and Handling of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace" in accordance with the "Gender Equality in the Workplace Act", "Guidelines on Complaints and Disciplinary Measures for Sexual Harassment in the Workplace", "Sexual Harassment Prevention and Control Act", "Sexual Harassment Prevention and Control Guidelines".

而於2023年再修訂為新增性騷擾行為人為校長時之作為。
In 2023, it will be amended to add the act of sexual harassment when the perpetrator is the school principal.
