5.6.5 工作人員和教師托兒設施
Childcare facilities for staff and faculty
本國政府為保障性別工作權之平等,貫徹憲法消除性別歧視、促進性別地位實質平等之精神,特制定性別工作平等法,其中辦法第四章促進工作平等措施第23條有規定:「僱用受僱者一百人以上之雇主,應提供下列設施、措施: To guarantee gender equality in the workplace, and to implement the constitutional spirit of eliminating gender discrimination and promoting substantive gender equality, the government of this country has passed the Act of Gender Equality in Employment. Employers having one hundred employees or more shall provide the following facilities and measures:
- 哺(集)乳室 Breastfeeding (breast milk collection) rooms
- 托兒設施或適當之托兒措施 Childcare facilities or appropriate childcare measures

本校設有哺(集)乳室提供給親自哺(集)乳者使用,亦與合法之托兒設施單位簽有合作契約以提供工作人員及教師托兒服務,本校學生若有托兒服務需要亦可參與。
Our school has a breastfeeding room for the use of breastfeeding parents. We also have a contract with a legal childcare facility to provide childcare services for staff and teachers, and our students can also participate in childcare services if they require such services.
