5.6.5 工作人員和教師托兒設施
Childcare facilities for staff and faculty

本國政府為保障性別工作權之平等，貫徹憲法消除性別歧視、促進性別地位實質平等之精神，特制定性別工作平等法，其中辦法第四章促進工作平等措施第23條有規定：「僱用受僱者一百人以上之雇主，應提供下列設施、措施：

To guarantee the gender equality in workplace, and to implement the constitutional spirit of eliminating gender discrimination and promoting substantive gender equality, the government of this country has passed the Act of Gender Equality in Employment. Employers having one hundred employees or more shall provide the following facilities and measures:

1. 哺（集）乳室。 Breastfeeding (breast milk collection) rooms.
2. 托兒設施或適當之托兒措施。 Childcare facilities or appropriate childcare measures.

中華大學集乳室

本校設有哺（集）乳室提供給親自哺（集）乳者使用，亦與合法之托兒設施單位簽有合作契約以提供工作人員及教師托兒服務，本校學生若有托兒服務需要亦可參與，目前亦正評估與教育部合作設置托兒設施之可行性。

CHU has breastfeeding rooms for the use of breastfeeding parents, and has signed a contract with a legal childcare facility to provide childcare services for staff and teachers. We also have a contract with a legal child care facility to provide child care services for staff and teachers. Our students who need child care services can also participate. We are currently evaluating the feasibility of partnering with the Ministry of Education to establish a childcare facility.
