本校智慧城市研究院院長解鴻年副校長，目前參與教育部推動第三期(112-113年)大學社會責任實踐計畫-馥活茶花智慧創生計畫，請參考教育部大學社會責任計畫官網中「第三期(112-113年)USR計畫通過計畫清單」，計畫執行的預算金額為新台幣275萬元。
Vice President Hsieh HungNien, Dean of CHU Smart City Institute, is currently involved in the Ministry of Education's promotion of the third phase (2023-2024) of the University Social Responsibility Practice Program - Camellia Wisdom Creation Program, please refer to the "Third Phase (112-113) USR Program Passed List of Projects" in the official website of the Ministry of Education's University Social Responsibility Program, which is implemented with an estimated budget of NT$2.75 million.
