Participatory bodies for stakeholder engagement

當前本校的校務運作係以教授治校為主的決策模式再由董事會的無條件支持來成立的因此外部的利益相關者是沒有參與的請參考本校董事會的說明網頁
At present, CHU is run on a professorial basis, with the unconditional support of the Board of Trustees. Therefore, there is no involvement of external stakeholders. Please refer to our Board of Trustees' explanatory page.

然而,學校仍透過多元的溝通管道,瞭解互動關係人關注之議題,並做為擬定治理方針及執行計劃依據,以回應互動關係人的需求與期待。
However, CHU still utilizes multiple communication channels to understand the issues of concern to its interactions, which are used as the basis for formulating governance policies and execution plans to respond to the needs and expectations of its interactions.

為鑑別與華大關係程度較為密切的重要互動關係人,2019年底即依據AA1000 SES互動關係人議合標準 (Stakeholder Engagement Standard) 的五大原則(責任、影響力、張力、多元觀點、依賴性)進行評估,由各部門同仁填寫互動關係人辨識表,經統計分析後得出九類重要互動關係人群體,包括:
In order to identify important stakeholders who have a closer relationship with CHU, at the end of 2019, an assessment will be conducted based on the five principles of the AA1000 SES Stakeholder Engagement Standard (Responsibility, Influence, Tension, Multiple Perspectives, and Dependence), and colleagues from various departments will fill out a stakeholder identification form, which will result in a statistical analysis of nine categories of important stakeholder groups, including:

1) 在校生及家長 Students and Parents
2) 畢業生及校友 Graduates and Alumni

3) 教職員工 Faculty and Staff

4) 社區民眾 Local Community

5) 教育界夥伴 Academics

6) 媒體/非政府組織 Media/Non-profit Organization

7) 政府單位 Government

8) 企業主/產業界 Employee

9) 供應商 Supplier/Contractor
