Academic freedom policy

主要在凝聚共識,建立共同的道德倫理規範,教師於治學處事時應有之基本態度與做法,這種道德層次的自律,符合大學自主的精神,真正維護學術尊嚴,希望本校教師應藉此相互勉勵,以期達到教育之目的與社會之期許。
This moral self-discipline is in line with the spirit of university autonomy and truly upholds academic dignity. We hope that our teachers will encourage each other to achieve the goals of education and the expectations of society.

本校充分維護大學自治及自主的精神,於本校所制定之教師倫理守則中,明訂賦予教師行使學術自由的權利與義務,同時能維繫共同的學術倫理規範及尊嚴,使本校教師藉此相互勉勵,達到教育之目的及社會的期許。
CHU fully upholds the spirit of autonomy and self-governance of the University. In the Code of Ethics for Teachers formulated by the University, it is stated that teachers are given the right and obligation to exercise academic freedom, and at the same time, they can maintain the common norms of academic ethics and dignity, so that the teachers of the University can encourage each other to achieve the aims of education and the expectations of the society.

本校教師升等辦法亦提供教師以專門著作、作品、成就證明、技術報告等方式,呈現其專業理論或實務(包括教學)之研究或研發成果等多元升等方式送審教師資格。
Our teacher promotion system (AJ0-2-207(1100719).pdf) also provides multiple ways for teachers to submit their professional theories or practical (including teaching) research or development results in the form of special publications, works, certificates of achievement, technical reports, etc. for review of their qualifications.
