16.2.5 關於腐敗和賄賂的大學原則
University principles on corruption and bribery
本校於工作規則中,訂有應確實遵守本校各規章辦法及政府所頒法令。本於職守、公正廉明之精神,執行職務之紀律條款。如有員工於在職期間違法亂紀,亦有相應規定可請其離職,例如本校工作規則第7條終止契約及職員工考核辦法第5條規定,另本校設有中華大學教職員工執行職務遭受不法侵害實施計畫,亦為拒絕犯罪之承諾及原則規定。
The school's rules and regulations stipulate that all rules and regulations of the school and governmental decrees should be observed. The school will enforce the disciplinary provisions of the job in the spirit of professionalism, fairness and honesty. If an employee breaks the law during his/her employment, he/she may be asked to leave his/her job, for example, Article 7 of the University's work rules on termination of contract and Article 5 of the Employee Appraisal Regulations. In addition, the University has a plan for the implementation of unlawful infringement on the performance of duties by the staff of Chung Hua University, which is a commitment to and a principle of the principle of refusal to commit crimes.
