Participation in government research
中華大學（CHU）透過與非政府組織和政府單位合作，積極參與推動可持續發展目標（SDGs）。我們以各種方式參與政策制定、應對挑戰並為可持續發展做出貢獻。 Chung Hua University (CHU) is actively involved in the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through collaboration with non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and government agencies. We are engaged in various ways in policy-making, tackling challenges and contributing to sustainable development.

我們與新竹縣政府合作推動地方創生，為加大力道，另與四所大學攜手推動，讓年輕人返鄉創造生機，並連結教育部的大學社會責任實踐計畫（USR），讓地方創生與大學社會責任的結合更加落實，創造更好的成果。 We are working with the Hsinchu County Government to promote local entrepreneurship, and to step up our efforts, we have joined forces with four universities to promote the return of young people to their hometowns to create opportunities for them, as well as linking up with the Ministry of Education's Universities‘ Social Responsibility Practices (USR) program, so that the integration of local entrepreneurship and universities’ social responsibility can be more effective, and better results can be created.

作為社區營造的參與者，我們協助新竹市政府策畫及培訓，導入社區規劃師團隊及相關資源，輔導地方10個社區進行創生設計，打造專屬於各社區的獨特人文亮點， 同時增加學子青年的實務經驗，培育更多優質的青年社造人才。 As a participant in community building, we assisted the Hsinchu City Government in planning and training, introduced a team of community planners and related resources, and counselled 10 local communities to carry out creative design, to create unique humanistic highlights for each community, and at the same time to increase the practical experience of students and youths, to cultivate more high-quality young talents in community building.

金門縣政府 Kinmen County Government
金門縣政府為了推動在地產業創新發展、活絡地方經濟，委託中華大學產業加速暨育成中心執行長，以及研發處創新創業中心等專家，以專業輔導在地中小企業了解「金門縣地方產業創新研發推動計畫」（地方型SBIR），以「陪伴業師」的身份輔導申請中央及地方研發補助。 To promote the innovative development of local industries and revitalize the local economy, the Kinmen County Government entrusted the CEO of the Industrial Acceleration and Incubation Center of China University and experts from the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center of the R&D Office to provide professional guidance to local small and medium-sized enterprises to understand "Kinmen County Local Industry Innovation R&D" Promotion Project" (local SBIR), as a "accompanying industry consultant" to guide the application for central and local R&D subsidies.
