Identify and engage with local stakeholders
中華大學開設通識課程「竹塹學」,透過講座與實地調查,向學生介紹桃園、新竹、苗栗的歷史、文化與風土民情,促進學生對多元文化的認知。
Chung Hua University (CHU) offers a general education program, ‘Exploring Hsinchu’, which introduces students to the history, culture and local customs of Taoyuan, Hsinchu and Miaoli through lectures and fieldwork, and promotes students' understanding of multiculturalism.
華大推行意見箱制度,提供行政改革建議、行政法規查詢、不當行為舉報等服務。校長室與秘書室成立諮詢委員會,邀請各界專家針對時事與潛在議題,提供大學發展建議。
The University operates a suggestion box system, which provides services such as suggestions for administrative reform, enquiries about administrative regulations, and reports of misconduct. The President's Office and the Secretary's Office have set up an advisory committee, inviting experts from various fields to provide advice on current affairs and potential issues for the development of the University.

華大軍訓室與校外周邊的宿舍合作,建立通訊網絡,促進房東與學生間的溝通,同時監督宿舍狀況,提升租屋服務與學生安全。
CHU’s Office of Military Training collaborates with off-campus neighbourhood dormitories to establish a communication network that facilitates communication between landlords and students, as well as monitoring dormitory conditions to enhance rental services and student safety.
為了改善使用者體驗,CHU在其網頁上針對不同類型的訪客設定快速存取點(高中生、新生、在校生、校友、國際學生、教職員)。CHU實施SDG16相關政策,以有效辨識當地利害關係人並與之合作。
To improve the user experience, CHU has set up quick access points on its website for different types of visitors (high school students, new students, current students, alumni, international students, faculty and staff). 中華大學 - 中華大學 Chung Hua University CHU has implemented policies related to SDG16 to effectively identify and work with local stakeholders.

透過上述這些措施,CHU促進當地社區發展,並使其營運符合SDG16的原則:正義、和平與強化機構。 Through these initiatives, CHU promotes the development of the local community and aligns its operations with the principles of SDG16: Justice, Peace and Strengthening Institutions.
