11.4.6 校園步行優先順序
Pedestrian priority on campus

本校訂定車輛管理辦法，規定機車不可進入校園及汽車除部份道路可行駛及需遵守速限，其餘地方皆禁止車輛通行以保護人員行的權利。
CHU has established vehicle management regulations, which stipulate that motorcycles and cars are not allowed on campus. The exception of some roads that are open to traffic and subject to speed limits, all other areas are closed to traffic in order to protect the rights of pedestrians.
