本校提供教職同仁，可以廉價的租金，長期租用實習旅館的房間。
The school offers staff members the opportunity to rent a room in the Internship Youth Hostel for a long period at an inexpensive rate.
中華大學實習旅館國際青年旅舍Chung Hua University Internship Youth Hostel
實習旅館位於Ｉ棟研發大樓６、７樓，旅館櫃檯則設於該棟７樓大廳提供同學旅館房務與客務之實務訓練及實習之用，藉由餐旅系同學們親身參予旅館各部門的運作，讓同學體驗服務飯店客房的經驗與知識的教學環境，功能定位在餐旅系學生學習與強化學校服務機能。
