有關校外讀者使用圖書館資源相關規範說明如下:

第4頁(十三)校外人士申請入館說明 Application for Admission by Outsiders
入館參閱圖書資料,憑身份證明文件(身分證、駕照或健保卡),於服務台填妥 「中華大學臨時閱覽證登記表」押證換取臨時閱覽證,刷卡進館,臨時閱覽證 限當日使用,離館時換回個人證件。
When entering the library to view the library materials, present your identification (ID card, driver's licence, or health insurance card) and fill out the ‘CHU Temporary Visitor's Card Registration Form’ at the service counter to exchange for a temporary visitor's card.

第五條 館內圖書資源,歡迎校外人士入館閱覽及使用,惟不得外借。 The library resources on campus are open to outside users but are not available for loan.

圖書館簡介 About the Library

圖書館位於「行政暨圖書館資訊大樓」之五、六、七樓,。使用面積約兩千坪,目前藏書約50萬餘冊(包含紙本圖書與電子書冊) 、期刊3萬9千餘種(包含紙本期刊與電子期刊)、資料庫117種、視聽資料1萬餘件。為因應e化教學發展趨勢,已加入CONCERT、TEBSCo台灣電子書供給合作社、TAEBDC台灣學術電子書暨資料庫聯盟與數位論文典藏聯盟聯盟,以擴充各類電子資源,加速數位化館藏發展,建置完善圖書資訊體系。除此並與國立臺灣大學等10餘所圖書館簽訂館際互借協議,以強化讀者服務並落實媒體多元化與研究創新的理念。
The Library is located on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of the Administration and Library Information Building. The library currently has a collection of more than 500,000 books (including paper books and e-books), 39,000 periodicals (including paper periodicals and e-journals), 117 databases, and more than 10,000 items of audiovisual materials. In response to the development trend of e-learning, the university has joined CONCERT, TEBSCo, TAEBDC, and Digital Thesis Collection Alliance to expand various electronic resources, accelerate the development of digital collections, and build a perfect library information system. In addition, we have signed interlibrary loan agreements with more than 10 libraries, including the National Taiwan University, to strengthen reader services and implement the concepts of media diversity and research innovation.
