代表性不足群體的招收計畫

Access to university underrepresented groups recruit

學校在大學日間學制的申請入學招生規定上,協助文化及經濟不利學生進入本校就讀的機會,增加原住民額外錄取名額,以及經濟弱勢學生優先錄取名額。
In terms of the application and enrollment regulations for the day school system of the university, the school assists students with cultural and economic disadvantages to enter the school, increases the additional admission quota for Aboriginal people, and gives priority admission quota for economically disadvantaged students.

本校同時依法遵循中央政府的就業服務法,對原住民工作權及身心障礙者權益的規定,辦理此類人員之聘僱。
At the same time, this school follows the employment service law of the central government under the law and shall handle the employment of such personnel for the right to work rights and physical and mental disorders.

就業服務法 Employment Service Law

為避免職場就業歧視,各單位對外招募時應確實遵守就業服務法及性別工作平等法之相關規定,注意不得有違反前述就業歧視之情形(如:年齡、性別等限制),並應尊重個人隱私,不宜詢問應徵者與業務無關之問題(如婚姻狀況或生育規劃等)。

原住民族工作權保障法 Aboriginal Power Protection Law

本國政府為維護身心障礙者之權益,保障其平等參與社會、政治、經濟、文化等之機會,促進其自立及發展,特制定身心障礙者權益保障法,其中第三章第27條至第32條條文為訂定保障身心障礙者教育權益,第四章第33條至第47條條文為訂定其就業權益。
To safeguard the rights and interests of physical and mental disabilities, protect their opportunities to participate in social, politics, economy, and culture, to promote their independence and development, and to formulate the rights and interests of those with physical and mental disorders. The article is to set the right to educate the right to protect those who have physical and mental disorders, and Articles 33 to 47 of Article 4 to Article 47 are to set their employment rights.

身心障礙者權益保障法 Personal and mental disorders of the Rights Protection Law

本國政府為促進原住民就業,保障原住民工作權及經濟生活,特制定原住民族工作權保障法,其中第二章第4條至第6條條文為訂定各級政府機關、公立學校及公營事業機構進用原住民族比例,第12條為訂定其餘機關之進用原住民族比例。
