10.6.2 弱勢群體的入學申請追蹤措施
Access to university track underrepresented groups applications

本校110學年度弱勢群體學生的申請及入學，透過就學減免管道共計729人次(110-1學期共計374人, 110-2學期共計355人)。另外，本校定期公開就學貸款，就學減免申請流程於本校網頁上，以提供本校學生於開學前申請及辦理就學減免程序，進而讓本校學生能順利就讀。
In the 110th school year, there were a total of 729 applications and enrollments of disadvantaged students (374 in the 110-1 semester and 355 in the 110-2 semester) through the school waiver channel. In addition, the school regularly publishes the application procedures for student loans and tuition waivers on the school's website to provide students with information on the application and tuition waiver procedures prior to the start of the school year, thus enabling our students to attend school smoothly.

就學貸款申請流程 Application Process for Student Loan

重要提醒 Important Reminder

1. 就學貸款非社會福利或補助，故畢業、休學、退學後，還是需按期攤還本金與利息給承貸銀行。 Student loans are not social welfare or subsidies, so after graduation, suspension or withdrawal, you still need to repay the principal and interest to the lending bank on schedule.

2. 欲辦理就學貸款的同學，每學期都需至臺灣銀行辦理對保與做學校線上申請。 Students who wish to apply for student loans are required to go to the Bank of Taiwan each semester to apply for guarantees and do the school online application.

3. 可貸款項目不包含住宿保證金、語言實習費、游泳池使用費及欠費。 Accommodation deposit, language learning fee, swimming pool fee and outstanding fees are not included in the loan amount.

4. 所有申請者資料，彙整後由學校上傳至教育部轉財政部財稅中心查核家庭年收入(大約3月下旬、10月下旬查調結果公布)，若經查核屬於C類者生輔組將以簡訊或電話方式通知簽署同意書，依規定C類應檢附兄弟姊妹就讀國內公私立高中職以上學校之在學證明書（各校教務處註冊組）或在學學生證正、反面影本(需蓋學期章)，無蓋章則不符合證明。 All applicants' information will be compiled and uploaded by the school to the Ministry of Education and then to the Ministry of Finance's Fiscal Tax Center to check the family's annual income (the results of the survey will be announced around late March and late October). If the applicant belongs to the C category, the Student Counseling Section will notify the applicant to sign a consent form by SMS or phone. In accordance with the requirements of the C category, the applicant should attach the siblings' certificates of enrollment from the public and private high school or above (the Registrar's Office of the respective school) or the photocopies of both sides of the enrollment certificate (which should be stamped with a semester seal).

*申請者若無法提供證明，則須撤銷就學貸款並於規定通知一週內繳清全額學雜費。
Applicants who are unable to provide proof will be required to cancel their student loans and pay the full amount of tuition and fees within one week of the required notice.
