Policy for minimisation of disposable items

學校餐廳依政府政策推行減少使用一次性餐具，內用餐具使用可重覆清洗之餐具，外帶餐食不提供塑膠袋，並購買環保不锈鋼便當盒供各項會議訂便當使用，可減少一次性餐具使用。
CHU’s restaurants follow government policy to reduce the use of disposable tableware. Using reusable food ware, and no plastic bags for takeout.

依據環保署台灣海洋廢棄物治理行動方案，訂定三階段減量期程
In accordance with the EPA's Action Plan for Marine Waste Management in Taiwan, a three-phase reduction schedule has been established.

對內部使用的學生及教職員，提供餐具清洗服務
Provide dishwashing service to students and staff for internal use.
